Delivery and Returns

Standard delivery

·       We offer Free UK Delivery on orders over £70.00.

·       For orders under £70 UK delivery is just £4.50.

·       We use Royal Mail’s Tracked service for all our standard UK & Channel Island orders.

·       Estimated delivery is usually within 3-5 working days (longer to Highlands and Islands.)

·       Orders require a signature on delivery. Delivery is normally attempted once by Royal Mail. If no-one is there or available to sign, a card will be left which will include details regarding what to do next. It is likely that the package is sent to your nearest post office for you to collect. 

Returns policy

Our clothes are made with love, and we hope that you wearing them brings smile to your face. We understand that sometimes it happens when you receive online orders you find your purchase isn’t quite right for you.  You can return item in perfect condition, no signs of wear and tear, in the original packaging for full refund.

How do I return an item?

Should wish to return something you have purchased from us please email us on info@rosamoss.eu with your order details; name, address, phone and email address. Please note that this must be within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that unless your item is faulty, or delivered in error, you are responsible for the cost of the postage back to us.

We advise that you obtain postal receipt, or send goods back via recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for damaged or lost parcels. For full refund we must receive the goods back within 28 days of your receipt of goods.

Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel your order then you can do so by informing us of this prior to dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched please refer to returns policy above.
